The Hot and Cold Lamination Machine is equipped with heavy durable gum roll along with the gum tray to carry out the operation of Cold Lamination and as well as heater roll (Hot lamination) along with Hydraulic Pressure System for Hot Thermal Lamination. The Process selector lever present in our Hot & Cold Lamination Machines, enables the Operator to choose between the either process as per his Choice. It saves space and is economical compared with the Combined Price of both individual Machines.
Hot and Cold Lamination Machine offers a layer of protection which is made up of plastic and laminating film. It protects our printed materials from scratches and dust. It results in a long life for our materials by protecting its initial colours and reducing the chances of fading. When we laminate our paper material, it helps in avoiding damage to our material from water or moisture. Also, it becomes easy to handle the product without the stress of being handled with oily or dirty hands.
The hot lamination process will be followed by heat assisted films having pressure sensitive adhesives and liners. On the other hand, the cold lamination films are aggressive adhesive and applied with more pressure instead of heat. Both can be applied but for eliminating the heat sensitivity to particular documents we can go with cold lamination technique. We can manage various photos, documents and faxes by using printers. Hot lamination can be applied by using heat assisted films setting proper temperatures and cold lamination is activated with pressure.
